Austin is the capital city of the U.S. state of Texas, as well as the seat and largest city of Travis County, with portions extending into Hays and Williamson counties. Incorporated on December 27, 1839, it is the 11th-most-populous city in the United States, the fourth-most-populous city in Texas, the second-most-populous state capital city, and the most populous state capital that is not also the most populous city in its state. It has been one of the fastest growing large cities in the United States since 2010. Downtown Austin and Downtown San Antonio are approximately 80 miles (129 km) apart, and both fall along the Interstate 35 corridor. Some observers believe that the two regions may some day form a new "metroplex" similar to Dallas and Fort Worth.

We were so happy with the mobile visit for our dog. Dr. Tunison and her accompanying vet tech were a well organized team and out dog loved them both as soon as they stepped out of the car. Dr. Tunison was kind and professional and was understanding of our pup being a little nervous. Thank you both for such a wonderful, stress free visit.
Dr. Fraser and Ben were awesome with our new pup, Stella! We adopted her 3 days ago, so we didn’t want to overstimulate her as she was acclimating to her new life. I’m so glad we found BetterVet to come to us and do her wellness check from the comfort of our home.
My best friend had to put her cat down today. The vet, Dr. Danielle, could not have been sweeter. She talked us through everything and reassured us that it was the right thing to do, etc etc. It was a rough day for sure, but we were in good hands.
