My name is Jerry Garcia and I am the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I started off as a "grunt" which is just a general laborer. Slowly but surely, I worked my way up to Journeyman roofer, then to Supervisor, then an Estimator & Project Manager for a multi-million dollar roofing company. In my almost 30-year career, I've learned many things. But I think this is the most important lesson I've learned. A successful roofing company is more than just giving customers a nice roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. It is important to let the customer know that they are our number one priority.
