About OnBoard IT Tech - Intercom and Access Control Installation
OnBoard IT Tech calls itself a Los Angeles provider of low voltage wiring and security technology, and its name tells you where it leans. The company says it puts in intercom systems for homes and commercial buildings, plus access control and security cameras for both kinds of property.
What OnBoard IT Tech installs
Its website also names structured cabling, WiFi networking and home automation. It lists installation, repair and support for each one. So if a client of yours needs a gate intercom or keyless entry and that sits outside your lane, this is the kind of shop that handles it.
The access control page describes card readers, programmable schedules and multi-level permissions. It also says the company offers a free on-site assessment before a quote. That gives you something easy to tell a client before the first call.
The shop works out of Valley Village, part of Los Angeles. Los Angeles had 3,869,089 people in 2025, per the Census Bureau, and sits in Los Angeles County. About 57% of homes in the city heat with utility gas, per the American Community Survey.
When OnBoard IT Tech picks up
It keeps daytime hours Monday through Friday, ends early on Fridays, takes Saturdays off and opens a short Sunday afternoon window. If you are handing off a client, a weekday call is your best bet.

It holds a 4.9 rating across 40 reviews. Reviewers most often mention clear communication, fair pricing and quick, tidy installs. Several also point to help with programming and setup after the job, including return visits at no extra charge.
The pushback is thin but real. One reviewer found the work a little pricey, and a rare low score concerns after-sale support on equipment.
